A two-point radon mitigation system is planned to improve sub-slab airflow and reduce radon levels throughout the home following closing.

This Naugatuck home already had a mitigation system in place, but with expanding use of the wine cellar and elevated radon levels, we added two key extraction points for increased coverage. Before photos show the original setup, while the after visuals reveal new runs under the stairs and in the wine cellar’s stone-layered floor. The result? Improved system performance and radon draw efficiency across the full lower level.
