Before:
The home had no mitigation system in place. The dirt crawl space posed challenges for routing and airflow. No sump cover or encapsulation had been completed yet.

After:
We installed a two-pipe cement foundation system through the dirt crawl space, using the available drywall access points. Final cosmetic touches (boxing out the pipe) will be done by the client, making it a smart and budget-conscious solution that prioritizes safety and flexibility.

With a radon level of 4.7 pCi/L, this 1930-built home needed a modern solution that wouldn’t disrupt its original layout. We installed a clean single-pipe system neatly inside the wooden closet, utilizing the existing structure for a streamlined, unobtrusive finish. The result? Lower radon levels and full compliance — without major renovation.
