With a radon level of 4.7 pCi/L, this 1930-built home needed a modern solution that wouldn’t disrupt its original layout. We installed a clean single-pipe system neatly inside the wooden closet, utilizing the existing structure for a streamlined, unobtrusive finish. The result? Lower radon levels and full compliance — without major renovation.

The before and after photos highlight the exterior radon mitigation system added to this home. Initial testing showed radon levels at 5.5 pCi/L. Following installation, radon levels were reduced to undetectable, helping protect the home and its occupants.
