Installed a two-pipe mitigation system to ensure coverage across both structural areas. The install was completed cleanly with potential for future Sedona dehumidifier and ductwork add-ons.

Starting with a critical radon level of 17, we undertook extensive repairs to the existing four-pipe system, including replacing a non-functional fan and ensuring all extraction points were thoroughly cleaned and all pipes securely glued.
