Radon Mitigation System Upgrade Planned for New Preston Marble Dale Home

Before

The home has an existing radon mitigation system that will be modified to improve its layout and extraction coverage.

After 

The exterior piping will be rerouted along the existing wall and extended along the concrete foundation. A third extraction point will be added in the front room, and the unused pipes will be capped. We’ll leave a CRM to monitor the results before returning to remove the old system, provided the readings show the updated system is performing as intended.
