One-Point Radon Mitigation System in Falls Village

Before

The home had an elevated radon level of 5.4 pCi/L and needed a mitigation system installed before closing.

After

A one-point radon mitigation system was installed, with piping routed from the utility room near the water heater and upward along the chimney area. A Hawk fan was used to support continuous operation of the system. A continuous radon monitor was left at the home to measure radon levels following installation.
