One-Point Radon Mitigation System Planned for East Canaan Home
Before
The unfinished basement currently has an elevated radon level of 5.3 pCi/L and does not have an active radon mitigation system. Existing cracks in the basement floor will be sealed as part of the planned work.
After (Planned Work)
A one-point radon mitigation system will be installed to draw radon from beneath the foundation and vent it safely outside. All identified cracks in the basement floor will also be sealed to help reduce potential entry points.
