The home tested at 7.0 pCi/L in the basement and 4.5 pCi/L on the upper floors. Multiple foundation sections and an unsealed chimney opening created additional considerations for effective radon mitigation.
After (Planned Work)
A multi-point radon mitigation system will be installed, the chimney opening will be sealed with concrete, and the system will be routed to the left rear side of the home to provide long-term radon reduction.
