Radon Mitigation Photo Album: Branford Split-Level Home: Dual Pipe Radon Mitigation
This 1957 split-level home in Branford had elevated radon levels of 9 pCi/L. With two foundations and no sump pump or encapsulation in place, our team designed a dual-pipe mitigation system. Pipes were strategically installed—one in the laundry room behind the washer and dryer, and another in the adjacent closet—exiting neatly out the right side of the house near the mini-split system. The home’s exterior presented a challenge due to dense shrubbery, but we ensured a clean and discreet installation.
