This project in Wilton, CT involved a 1950s split-level home with a radon level of 2.6 pCi/L. Though below the EPA action level, the homeowner chose to be proactive with a two-pipe mitigation system, one of which runs into the crawl space that required spot concrete work. The system exits the left side of the house, near the stairs and just to the right of the front door within a fenced area.
