Radon Mitigation Photo Album: Westport 1964 Home Gets Radon Mitigation Upgrade
This 1964 Westport home had a radon level of 3.5 pCi/L — just under the EPA action threshold, but the homeowner wanted peace of mind. The unfinished basement and presence of two sump pumps (one with a lid) provided the right conditions to install a new two-pipe mitigation system.
The client was informed to clear the area before installation. We placed one of the pipes on the left side of the house, strategically positioned between two A/C units to ensure efficient venting.
