This installation took place in a 1986 home undergoing full remodeling. With the drywall down, it was the perfect opportunity to integrate a discreet one-pipe radon mitigation system. The system was routed from the utility room through the interior of the house and exhausted cleanly out the roof. The home’s single cement foundation allowed for an efficient install, preparing the property for safe, long-term use.
