This New Fairfield colonial home required a two-pipe radon mitigation system installed in the unfinished portion of the basement. The photo set shows both the interior and exterior portions of the installation, including pipe placement within the basement and the final exterior venting above the roofline.     The system was designed to work within a partially finished layout, with one pipe positioned near the basement door and another tucked behind the chimney to keep the setup clean and effective.
