Photo Album: Dual Radon Mitigation System Installation in a 1920s Branford Home
In this project, we addressed elevated radon levels of 5.9 pCi/L in a historic 1920s Branford property with three separate foundations. Due to the unique layout and foundation splits, our team installed two separate systems—one on each side of the basement—to ensure optimal mitigation and compliance with EPA guidelines. A combination of finished and unfinished areas, a chimney, and an old dumbwaiter closet posed design challenges that were met with creative, clean, and effective solutions.
